This Terms of Service agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between Spitilogic Innovations, which operates as Rickle ("Rickle"), and the entity or person accessing the Rickle Services ("Customer" or "you"). This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below and any Order Forms that reference this Agreement. If you are accessing or using the Rickle Services on behalf of your company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company, and all references to "you" reference your company.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse our Services or use them for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Subscription and Payments
Some features of Wisile require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through Razorpay, and we do not store your payment information.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may change subscription pricing, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.
Third-Party Integrations
Rickle integrates with third-party services such as Jira, Notion, and Zoom.
We do not share any relevant personal data with these third parties.
Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Rickle and its content, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Wisile or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Rickle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
